Bob the Builder - Tommy the Tortoise

Tommy the Tortoise belongs to Mrs. Potts, who has had him since she was a little girl. Tommy has been known to escape from his yard and find his way over to Bob and his Crew. Roley once almost ran over him with his steamroller, and ever since has a special friendship with Tommy (Roley sometimes calls him 'Timmy').
